That is why our extended warranty guarantees that the peace of mind associated with a purchase of a Škoda Plus vehicle continues long after your warranty expires. This page lists the benefits that our warranty coverage policy provides, the coverage conditions and owner’s responsibilities.
What is covered?
If your vehicle suffers a mechanical failure of a covered component we will, during the warranty period, cover the cost of having the mechanical failure repaired, only if it is repaired by an authorised Škoda dealer subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The components covered include any component of your vehicle that was originally covered by the Škoda new vehicle warranty, but excludes those components described under 'What is not covered'.
The most we will pay is limited to the market value of the vehicle as at the date of the mechanical failure inclusive of additional benefits or as per the limits stipulated in the Warranty booklet provided with the vehicle.
Owner's responsibility
It is a condition of our warranty that the owner is required to service and maintain the vehicle in accordance with Škoda established recommendations as outlined in the original Škoda Service and Warranty Information booklet.
For warranty protection scheduled service maintenance must be performed at an Authorised Škoda Service Centre, in accordance with the owner's manual. The intervals between services must not exceed the stipulated mileage or time by more than 500 kms or 10 days, unless approved by Škoda Middle East. This is to ensure that your vehicle is maintained in accordance with Škoda standards.
